With the Taggon EMail Broadcasting option, organizations can collect registrations and send personalized email newsletters, promote products and services, invite members to upcoming events or conduct any other mass communication. EMail Broadcast is based on a Taggon EMail Broadcast template, which will look just like any other Taggon page.
Drop a signup form anywhere in your site and link the registrations to specific user groups in the Taggon user database. Users can be automatically granted access rights to restricted pages, they can sign up for newsletters, or the collected data can be utilized wherever necessary.
With the built-in user database, registrations can automatically be collected from any webpage within Taggon. Alternatively, address material can be uploaded in CSV format. EMail Broadcasts can contain attachments.
An automatically inserted link in the EMail Broadcast allows recipients to unsubscribe at any time.
