Internet, Extranet, Intranet: Taggon supports many security features to protect these sites from browsing and editing. For large organisations, Taggon can work with the existing authentication and privilege infrastructure.
Access Control: Based on the classic model of users and groups, with roles set at the site and folder levels.
Multilingual: Multilingual user interfaces for authors, editors and moderators are available in German, Italian, French, Spanish and Portugese. Other languages can be made available upon request. Interfaces for administrators and designers remain in English.
Email Broadcasting: register newsletter recipients in a fully automated process. Import newsletter lists. Create email broadcasts directly in a Taggon newsletter template. Send email broadcasts. Unsubscribe users in a fully automated process.
Workflow and Approval Processes: Review and approve content and design prior to publication. Internet site administration can be distributed to a number of administrators with restricted capabilities.
Smart XML API: Create a smart map between your application and ImageDirector in order to launch queries, import or export data from the system.
