Preeon Publisher generates individ­ual­ised printed materials on the fly. Reading data from the ImageDirector media asset management system or from other data­base systems, users can se­lect and incorporate relevant information manually, or the process can be automated. With Preeon Publisher, the publishing pro­cesses of print collaterals can be decentralized while protecting corporate brand identities and messages.

Preeon Publisher not only enables the customization of marketing materials but also dramatically cuts pre-press costs. For global campaigns, only one single template is needed for adaptations to any language or cultural version. Some customers produce their localized signage with Preeon Publisher. Preeon Publisher's unique capabilities include the ability for administrators to produce documents from scratch with freely positioned text and images. Depending on the assigned rights of the user, all con­tent can be moved, resized and set with style attributes.

Import of existing InDesign documents

Preeon Publisher can import existing documents from InDesign. Many of our customers produce their templates for their printed collaterals on-site or through their advertisement agencies. Onison then imports those files and transforms them into Preeon Publisher templates according to the customer's parameters and instructions.
